Terry Keagan – Proprietor
Terry’s background in the construction industry is
extensive and began in the mid 1980’s. Over
the years, Terry has gained a wealth of knowledge working
within all aspects of home construction and commercial building
maintenance.
During his career, he has held management positions with
employers, where Terry learned the skills of customer service,
organization, troubleshooting and problem solving.
He is an analytical thinker, whose attention to detail is
remarkable.
Terry recognized the need
for a reputable roofing and siding company, in the Niagara
Region, that employed only experienced, courteous and professional
staff. He wanted to create
a company of individuals who shared his work ethic. He
realized his goal in 1997 by founding Baron Roofing and
Siding.
Since the first day of operations,
the company has enjoyed constant growth. We are now recognized as Niagara’s
premier roofing and siding company. Today we employ
over 50 dedicated individuals, all of whom help us maintain
our impeccable reputation. Terry built this incredible
team in part, by instilling his values in others, and by exercising
his strong leadership skills. To Terry, communication
is everything. Not only is he an extremely effective
communicator, he ensures that the dialogue within the entire
operation flows smoothly, by teaching others this skill.
Rick Gorham – Production Manager
Rick brings with him over
30 years construction experience. He
is extremely well versed in all facets of construction including
drafting, designing, custom wood working, troubleshooting,
problem solving, contract management and expediting the
on-time completion of projects.
He has strong work ethics
and is very dedicated. Our
clients often compliment Rick on his vast knowledge and professionalism. His
experience and reliability will give you the confidence

Rick will ensure your project
is done right the first time, on time, and always to your
satisfaction. He is always
available to answer your questions during the commencement
of your project and after it is complete.
Melvina Baranieski – Office
Manager
Melvina’s accounting background has benefited our company
immensely. Her skills extend beyond the usual requirements
of a successful office manager. Melvina is highly
organized and detail oriented, executing the smooth daily
operations of our administration offices.
She has been with our company
since its inception and has contributed a great deal of
time and effort over the years to ensure the success of
Baron Roofing and Siding Ltd. Her
dedication and commitment to the company is demonstrated
daily by her ability and willingness, to help others find
solutions to problems which may otherwise prevent an individual
from achieving their full potential.
